Crispy and Juicy the way you like it
The key to our secret is in simplicity. We carefully hand marinade each bird, let it rest overnight and then slowly roast them continuously basting in their own juices, which produces a deliciously succulent roast chicken for customers to take home with them or eat in our Restaurant -CHAKALAKA – The succulent roast chicken are served with kachumbari salad and mayonnaise.

BUNNYCHOWS started off in the 1940s as ‘sugar bean curries’ (made using borlotti-style dried beans), portable food for Indian labourers. Later, bunnychows included meaty masalas. The idea is to eat them with or without cutlery, dipping the crust into the sauce and scooping up the filling as you go. The bottom crust is prized because it absorbs the saucy goodness.

We are proud to introduce the Ugandan ROLEX in Tanzania!!!
No no..do not expect that we are talking about Luxury watches made in Uganda.
It's about chapati rolls. Rolex derives its name from a play on the words “rolled eggs”.
The basic idea is eggs cooked with cabbage, onion, tomato, and sometimes peppers, which is then wrapped in chapati.
To the traditional we added our spin on things making a variety of Rolex with chicken livers, chicken breast, beans, , onion, pili pili.. and you can wash it all down with a glass of freshly pressed Sugar Cane Juice spiced with ginger and lemon!!.
